The future electrified aircraft virtual integration platform is developed by COMAC Beijing Civil Aircraft Technology Research Center, and is mainly used for green intelligent electrified aircraft technology integration and verification. The platform mainly includes 1 simulation cockpit, 24 system simulation workstations, etc. The simulation cockpit is mainly used to display the operation status of the aircraft's engine, electrical, hydraulic, flight control, environmental control and other systems and provide signal excitation; 24 system simulation workstations are used to solve the system model and display the system operation status in real time through 3D animation to monitor the dynamic operation of various aircraft systems.
At the booth site, through the large screen, you can see the scene of the virtual integration platform simulating the future large passenger aircraft taking off from Beijing Daxing Airport, flying over the Great Wall, arriving in Shanghai, and landing smoothly at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport next to the Expo venue.
It is reported that this platform is the first time for COMAC to establish a digital simulation model of the whole aircraft system, and through integrated development, it has achieved synchronous real-time simulation of the whole aircraft system; At the same time, it is also the first time to carry out aircraft economy evaluation based on digital simulation, weigh the fuel economy of aircraft under different architectures, and then provide guidance for the design of aircraft system architecture scheme; It can also realize real-time monitoring and online parameter adjustment of airborne system operation status through the development of display control interface.
