"First Navigation Jin'an 1" is the first special ship in the world that integrates the functions of floating, positioning, sinking and installation of immersed tubes and has the functions of DP positioning and tracking. The main hull of the ship is designed as a catamaran, with a length of 190.4 meters, a width of 75 meters, a shape depth of 14.7 meters, and a deck area equivalent to two football fields. The ship has self-propelled function and is equipped with two sets of 9280kW main propulsion systems and eight high-power side thrusters. The size and power of the main engine and side thrusters are the highest in China. The floating speed of 165 meters and 72000 tons of standard immersed tubes can reach 5 knots, and it can resist 1.6 knots of cross flow at the same time.
As a special ship "tailored", the launch of "Yihang Jin'an 1" successfully solved many bottleneck problems faced by the construction of Shenzhen China Channel. Due to the constraints of aviation, navigation channel, flood control and other construction conditions, the prefabrication yard of Guishan Island, 50 kilometers away from the construction sea area, is the best choice for the prefabrication of immersed tubes.
