People's Daily, April 11, Shanghai Recently, the first underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage of Chenjiazhen Station on Chongming Line of Shanghai Rail Transit was successfully lifted and put into the slot, marking the beginning of the construction of Chenjiazhen Station.

It is reported that Chenjia Town Station is located at the intersection of Chentong Road and Chennan Road planned by Chenjia Town, Chongming District, and in the "gateway" area of Chenjia Town. It is the first station for the line to reach the island of Chongming. After it is put into operation in the future, passengers can collect and distribute to all parts of the island through Chenjia Town comprehensive transportation hub, becoming the traffic intensive distribution center of Chongming.

Since Chenjiazhen Station entered the site in December 2023, Shanghai Metro has organized all participating units to strictly control the quality to ensure that the construction quality meets the design and specification requirements. Adjust measures to local conditions, carefully plan the site layout and construction scheme, and promote the construction of the ground wall as planned. Next, all participating units will continue to adhere to the principle of "safety first, quality first" to ensure the successful completion of construction tasks.
