It mainly accepts and reports on the selection and employment of personnel in violation of the "Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Party and Government Leading Cadres" and other policies and regulations, as well as the political, ideological, style, discipline and other issues of the leadership and leading cadres.
1. Violation of political discipline and rules, violation of the requirements of strengthening "Four Consciousness", strengthening "Four Confidence", and achieving "Two Safeguards";
2. Failing to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee of the Party, lacking the fighting spirit and fighting skills, neglecting duties and responsibilities, and failing to take responsibility, do nothing or act recklessly;
3. Those who are not pure in thought, have an improper style of work, misbehave, have privileged thoughts and behaviors, and have lax requirements on honesty and self-discipline;
4. Violating organizational discipline, especially the principle of democratic centralism, engaging in individual arbitrariness and undermining unity;
5. Violating the provisions of the policies on the selection, appointment, management and supervision of cadres;
Problems that should be solved through litigation, arbitration, administrative adjudication, administrative reconsideration and other means, as well as problems that fall within the scope of responsibilities of other departments and units, shall not be accepted.
