Lecture content:

In order to promote the research and application of teaching cases in our college and improve the quality of talent training, the college encourages teachers to develop and apply original teaching cases of Chinese enterprises in combination with their own teaching courses. The case center of the college will regularly hold lectures on knowledge and practice cases.

Ouyang Taohua, Professor of School of Economics and Management, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, is invited to have an offline exchange in this lecture on knowledge and action cases. Interested teachers and students are welcome to participate!

Ouyang Taohua, professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Economics and Management of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, doctor of business of Kobe University, convener of China Institute of Strategic Management, vice chairman of Management Case Study Committee of China Management Modernization Research Association, chief expert of major projects of National Social Science Foundation Chief expert of AVIC Enterprise Case Study Base (jointly built by the Degree Center of the Ministry of Education and China Enterprise Confederation), and chief case expert of the Degree Center of the Ministry of Education. 2022 won the Top Ten Demonstration "Case Study" Achievement Award, and 2020-2022 won the Outstanding Paper Award of Management World for three consecutive times. Professor Ouyang continued to track China's leading enterprises and study such research topics as digital transformation of enterprise strategic organizations and technological innovation. He presided over 21 national longitudinal projects such as the National Social Science Major Project and the National Self Science Key Project. More than 80 research case papers have been published in important journals at home and abroad, such as Management World. More than 20 teaching cases have won the National Hundred Excellent Management Cases, Tsinghua University's "Outstanding Case Developer" and other awards, and 2 cases have been included in the Harvard case base and Yiwei case base.
