The Department of Enterprise Management aims to train senior professionals who have the knowledge and basic skills of economic management in management, economy, law and industrial and commercial enterprise management, and can engage in management, research, consultation, teaching and scientific research in various enterprises, institutions, financial institutions and government departments. The department has two undergraduate majors, namely business administration and marketing, as well as a number of master's and doctoral majors related to business management. Main research directions: marketing, enterprise strategic management, brand management, product development, operation management, human resource management, organizational behavior, corporate culture, communication strategy, knowledge management, cultural and creative industry management, safety engineering management, innovation management, logistics management, enterprise management consulting and planning, MBA management teaching cases, etc. There are four course groups, namely, marketing course group, strategic management course group, management course group and human resource management course group.
