Li Tong first conveyed the spirit and requirements of the election work to the representatives at the meeting, and introduced the generation process of the candidates for representatives of the school's teacher's congress, the school's workers' congress and the candidates for members of the college's trade union committee.

Wang Ying, chairman of the trade union of the college, made a report on the work of the third trade union committee to the conference. Under the strong leadership of the school and the school's party and government, the college has optimized the financial management process, improved work efficiency, strengthened internal control, and effectively guaranteed the healthy, steady and sustainable development of the college's talent cultivation, scientific research, internationalization and other undertakings from the two aspects of open source and cost saving.

The representatives at the meeting deliberated and approved the election methods for the teachers' congress and the workers' congress, and announced the list of vote counters, including the candidates for the representatives of the teachers' congress, the representatives of the workers' congress of the school, the candidates for the members of the trade union committee of the college, and the names of the directors and scrutineers.

Zhang Yunpeng, the chief voter, presided over the election. Following the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, the conference elected 21 representatives of the school's teachers' congress, 6 representatives of the school's workers' congress and 11 members of the college's trade union committee. After the meeting, the fourth trade union committee of the college held the first plenary meeting.
