"Once loaded, let go!" In the simulation training room of a brigade of the army, Chen Haijiang, a new recruit of the artillery unit, quickly pressed the launch button after receiving the command to accurately hit the target. This is the scene that the brigade organized the new gunners to carry out simulated shooting training in early April.

"In the simulation training, the recruits can improve their operational skills without moving the actual equipment, which shortens the ability generation cycle." The leader of the brigade introduced that, for the recruits, the actual equipment operation is difficult to master and the training requirements are high. First, the simulation training is carried out and then the actual equipment training is carried out, which effectively improves the effectiveness of the training.

The author saw in the simulation training room that the brigade combined the phased assessment results of recruits, differentiated different professional courses and training contents, organized the recruits scientifically, flexibly set the degree of difficulty, and reasonably allocated training time. In the simulated shooting training, they use sound, light, electricity and other technologies to build a realistic battlefield environment, so that recruits can hone their real skills and hard skills in a near real combat environment. In addition, after each simulation training, the brigade also comprehensively collected training data, carefully analyzed the assessment results, helped recruits customize differentiated personal training programs, and constantly strengthened and consolidated the effect of simulation training.

Simulation training shortens the growth cycle of recruits. The leader of the brigade introduced that in the professional assessment organized recently, the overall training performance of the brigade recruits has improved significantly, and some of the outstanding recruits have been transferred to the actual training.
