At about 3:00 pm yesterday, the reporter of the Chinese Business Daily came to the site of the enforced construction site and saw Xiao Li, the son of the enforced person. He told the reporter: "These houses are my father's, and the surrounding land you can see is to be demolished."

The sound of the excavator rumbling was drowned in the intermittent light rain, and within a few minutes, a row of factory buildings in the front row of the construction site were bulldozed to the ground. Xiaoli wears a hat and looks at the house to be bulldozed.

"Can you shovel the house on the other side first? Some dozens of tons of powder mills are still in this row of houses." Xiao Li asked. The staff in charge of on-site implementation said, "Yes, but the machine should be removed as soon as possible."

What's going on here? It originated more than 20 years ago.

In June 1994, Li rented a piece of land from Dongsanyaobao Village Committee and Dongsanyaobao Third Village Group of Changyanbao Sub district Office in Yanta District, covering an area of about 11.96 mu, and built a grinding station. The lease term was 10 years. When the contract expired in June 2009, Dongsanyaobao Village was unwilling to continue to perform the contract and asked the grinding station to move out and restore the original state, but Li refused to move out. The village took Li to the court with a petition, and the court decided to vacate the land, restore it to its original state, and pay more than 220000 yuan of site occupation fees.

After the judgment of the court, Mr. Li still failed to perform. The Yanta District Court served him with an enforcement notice, ordering him to perform his obligations immediately, but Mr. Li still ignored it. After repeated announcements and summonses, he still failed to perform and refused to appear in court.

On November 3 this year, Li was detained for 15 days for refusing to comply with the effective judgment of the court. In addition, because it could not take the initiative to perform, the Yanta Court took compulsory measures to vacate the land at 2:00 p.m. on November 15, which was the beginning of the scene.
