The meeting stressed that we should strengthen problem orientation, system concept and bottom line thinking, vigorously promote the institutionalization and standardization of food safety risk prevention and control, and effectively prevent and resolve risks. It is necessary to effectively identify risks, give full play to the role of "clairvoyance" of sampling monitoring, study and establish a quantifiable public opinion grading mechanism, and improve the internal "whistle blower" system of enterprises; It is necessary to study and judge risks in depth, establish a hierarchical analysis and judgment mechanism in the field of food safety, and establish a risk consultation mechanism of "weekly troubleshooting, monthly consultation, and semi annual scheduling"; It is necessary to deal with risks in a timely manner, so as to be "proactive, cooperative, secure and in place"; We should strengthen supervision and efficiency, strengthen tracking supervision, on-site supervision, assessment and evaluation, make good use of "two books and one letter", and ensure that risk prevention and control form a closed loop with high standards and strict requirements.

The meeting required that we should focus on the special renovation of the canteen of the centralized dining unit, strengthen the work deployment around the autumn school start, urge schools, hospitals and other centralized dining units and their canteen organizers to implement the main responsibility, strictly investigate and deal with illegal acts, and focus on exposing a number of typical cases. We should do a good job in food safety assurance for major events such as the Asian Games, guide relevant regions to strengthen supervision, sampling and risk monitoring, and strengthen the whole process and full coverage supervision of food suppliers, catering service providers, and sponsors of the Asian Games. We should do a good job in food safety during the Mid Autumn Festival and National Day, strengthen food safety supervision in key areas, places and varieties, unblock complaint reporting channels, and strengthen emergency duty and public opinion monitoring.
