Agricultural resources and ecological environment conditions vary in different regions, and agricultural development and productivity levels vary greatly. At present, how to solve the problem of strengthening the constraints of natural resources and ecological environment faced by agricultural development has become the focus of attention.

Cao Junjie, professor and doctoral supervisor of Shandong University of Science and Technology, the author of the book Research on Innovative Regional Modern Agricultural Development Models under Resource and Ecological Constraints (hereinafter referred to as "Model Research"), said that to take the road of Chinese style agricultural and rural modernization, we should constantly innovate modern agricultural development models according to national conditions, agricultural conditions and different regional conditions.

The reporter learned that the book "Model Research" summarized the Shandong model of Chinese agricultural and rural modernization and its experience. Through the case study of Shandong Province, the book found that there is a lack of perfect resource protection system and policy system, resource shortage and inefficient utilization coexist, agricultural science and technology innovation capacity is insufficient, agricultural management mode is backward The problems such as the low degree of integration of agricultural industry need to be solved by taking corresponding countermeasures and improving various paths as soon as possible. At the same time, the development of modern agriculture in China also needs to solve a series of problems, such as who will farm, how to farm, where money will come from, and how to improve agricultural technology. Encouraging and guiding industrial and commercial enterprises to go to the countryside to directly participate in the management of modern agriculture is the key to solving these problems.

Cao Junjie believed that under the constraints of agricultural resources and ecological environment, only by constantly innovating the regional modern agricultural development model can the process of agricultural modernization be accelerated. It is necessary to strengthen the agricultural supply side structural reform to alleviate the contradiction between the rapid development of agricultural economy and the shortage of resources and the great pressure on the ecological environment. Moreover, the agricultural supply side structural reform must be implemented in coordination with the strategy of cultivating new agricultural operators and innovating agricultural development models; In addition, we should innovate the operation mode of agricultural industrialization, and develop modern multi-functional agriculture, "Internet+modern agriculture", agriculture "new six industries", precision smart agriculture, agricultural pastoral complex, agricultural whole industry chain fit development and other models.

It is understood that Shandong Province has long explored many local modern agricultural development models with different regional characteristics. In this regard, Cao Junjie said that, in particular, a variety of typical county agricultural development models and their experiences deserve serious summary and promotion, such as the Zibo experience of developing modern ecological and organic agriculture, the Yantai experience of guiding industrial and commercial enterprises to the countryside, the Linyi and Yiyuan experience of developing brand agriculture, the "Pingdu model" of characteristic agricultural modernization, and the "Longkou model" of urban-rural integration The "Zhucheng Mode" of agricultural industrialization innovation, the "Laizhou Mode" of leisure tourism agriculture, and the "Wucheng Mode" of breaking the bottleneck of agricultural financing are all of high reference and promotion value.
