People's Daily Online, Beijing, April 9 (Reporter Li Bo) On April 8, the 2024 Zhongguancun Forum series of activities - the 9th International Academic Forum on Non exposed Space was held, focusing on the development of satellite navigation field and the deep integration of related industries, discussing the solution of non exposed space positioning technology based on satellite navigation system, and promoting the cross-border integration of Beidou.

At present, China is accelerating the development of new quality productivity, which puts forward higher quality requirements for the technical application and innovation of non exposed space. From the airport to the connected high-speed railway, intercity, city and subway four network integration stations, to the subway tunnel, high-speed railway tunnel, etc., all reflect the demand and innovation for the application of non exposed space. This activity invited more than 400 domestic and foreign experts, scholars and enterprise representatives to exchange and discuss, not only showing the latest research results in the field of urban transport, but also providing important ideas and directions for the sustainable development of urban transport in the future.

Zhou Wei, director of the Expert Committee of the Ministry of Transport, said that navigation and location services, as the key foundation for the integrated development of digital, networked and intelligent transportation, have become the key areas of scientific and technological innovation in countries around the world. This forum provides an exchange platform for global researchers, engineers and scientists to show technological progress and research achievements, which will help China's transportation industry to transform into a digital and intelligent one, promote the construction of modern infrastructure system and the development of digital economy, and provide useful references for addressing the challenges of non exposed space in satellite navigation systems.

Guo Lugang, vice chairman of the Beijing Association for Science and Technology, said that the forum invited experts at home and abroad to discuss and share the latest scientific research achievements in non exposed space navigation and positioning and related fields, showing new technologies, new industries, new formats and new models derived from the integration and development of "Beidou" and emerging technologies such as communication, remote sensing, the Internet, the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing, etc, Provide scientific and technological support to help Beijing build a highland of commercial aerospace industry and high-quality development of the capital.

Chen Shujun, Vice President of Beijing University of Technology, said that the traditional satellite navigation system has always been the pillar of location-based services, navigation and key infrastructure. China has accelerated the development of new productivity and put forward higher quality requirements for the application and innovation of non exposed space. "We will continue to explore the latest technology and development trend of non exposed space, and jointly find solutions to promote the transportation industry to move towards intelligent and unmanned development."

At the forum, Wen Xiaojun of China Electronics Information Industry Development Research Institute released the 2023 White Paper on the Development of Non exposed Space Industry, which deeply interpreted the development of non exposed space industry and technological innovation progress from upstream, midstream and downstream industrial structure, industrial cluster development, academic exchanges, industrial applications, etc., in order to strengthen industrial agglomeration, strengthen collaborative innovation between industry, university and research Put forward suggestions on building a standard technology system and improving the level of international cooperation.

The three group standards in the field of non exposed space jointly drafted by Beijing Metro Operation Co., Ltd., Beijing Jingcheng Metro Co., Ltd. and Beijing University of Technology, led by Quantutong Location Network Co., Ltd., were officially released and implemented at the forum, becoming the first group standard in the field of non exposed space in China. The three standards include Non exposed Spatial Data Acquisition and Processing Technology Part 1: Technical Requirements for Spatial Digital Acquisition, Non exposed Spatial Data Acquisition and Processing Technology Part 2: Technical Requirements for Building Information Model Production, Non exposed Spatial Data Acquisition and Processing Technology Part 3: Electronic Map of Rail Transit, to regulate the digital data acquisition Technical requirements for building information model production components, and guidance for the production and application of electronic maps of non exposed space in the field of rail transit. "The release and implementation of three group standards have filled the gap in the field, hoping to provide important standard basis and theoretical support for the application of navigation and positioning in urban rail transit, smart city, smart transportation, smart factory, self-service, etc." said Zhang Di, director of the Standards Committee of Beijing Economic Development Zone Enterprise Association.

Chen Yanyan, Dean of the School of Urban Transport of Beijing University of Technology, Geng Changliang, Beijing Urban Construction Survey, Design and Research Institute and other industry experts deeply analyzed the application of intelligent means to improve the operation efficiency and safety of underground traffic space, used data information to achieve accurate perception and intelligent control of the traffic system, integrated survey data from different sources Design and operation provide more comprehensive and accurate data support. Lu Xiaochun and other experts from the National Time Service Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences looked forward to the convenient and efficient experience brought by the development of positioning and navigation technology for human society in terms of the construction and application of the national time service system of heaven and earth integration, mobile phone based non exposed space positioning technology, and deep integration of communication and navigation.

At the forum, Quantutong Location Network Co., Ltd., Chuangxinghui (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and the School of Urban Transport of Beijing University of Technology signed a contract. The three parties will further cooperate in such fields as satellite communication, high-precision location services, navigation, remote sensing, and intelligent transportation, and introduce non exposed space data collection and intelligent navigation technology into the subway, high-speed rail Airport and other non exposed space scenes promote the development of non exposed space industry in Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area.
