In further investigation, the police found that those who published information about soliciting prostitutes on the Internet used virtual names and identities, which made the investigation difficult. After months of tracking, the Shengzhou police gradually sorted out the clues of the gang.
From 2022, they will gradually develop from Dongyang to surrounding counties and cities, forming a group to introduce prostitution and provide door-to-door services. Later, through the way of fellow townsmen leading fellow townsmen, the number of people increased, forming a prostitution industry chain.
It is understood that most of the gang is composed of people from Xingren County, Guizhou Province, who work together in groups, and carry out the mode of one organizer taking one or two women who have lost their feet. They transport women who have lost their feet to 20 counties and cities in six regions, such as Hangzhou, Shaoxing, Jinhua, and so on, to provide on-site prostitution services. The group has strong concealment, high mobility, and involves a large number of clients.
Their foothold is mainly in Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province, but the place of prostitution is in the surrounding counties and cities of Dongyang City, including Shaoxing, Hangzhou, Jinhua, Taizhou, Lishui and Quzhou. With sufficient investigation and conclusive evidence, the Shaoxing police sent 18 action teams from November last year to March this year, dispatched more than 200 arresting police forces, and carried out three waves of unified network capture operations against the organization and the introduction of prostitution gangs. A total of 55 people were arrested in the three arrests, including 41 prostitutes, including 7 underage women, 216 prostitutes, 11 vehicles involved and more than 100 mobile phones.
