In the afternoon of November 16, Sina Science and Technology News, Tencent Holdings announced that the board of directors decided to announce the special interim dividend of about 958121562 Meituan Class B ordinary shares indirectly held by the company through Huai River and/or TML in the form of physical distribution based on the standard of one Meituan Class B ordinary share issued to every 10 shares held by qualified shareholders.
