Tsinghua University ranked first with 32 alumni on the Hurun 2023 Rich List. Mainly engaged in semiconductor industry (12%), followed by life services (9%). Among them, the most successful entrepreneurs include Li Yanhong from Baidu, Li Ge from Wuming Kangde, Li Bin from Weilai, etc. Three Peking University alumni founded or co founded two enterprises worth hundreds of billions, and they were listed in the Hurun Global 500, respectively Baidu and WuXi AppTec.
According to the number of alumni on the list, the third to sixth schools are Peking University (22), Shanghai Jiaotong University (21), Wuhan University (17), Renmin University of China (16) and South China University of Technology (16).
