The main content of this program: On November 21, 1970, we took several helicopters to infiltrate into the Shanxi POW Camp near Hanoi in the north of Vietnam, and launched a classic special raid on the POW Camp where dozens of US POWs were once held. Due to the huge military expenditure of the United States during the Vietnam War and the rapid decline of the domestic economic situation, the Nixon Administration, under the multiple pressures of rising domestic war weariness and foreign policy, launched the "Ivory Coast Operation" to rescue prisoners of war in Shanxi prisoner of war camps where there were uncertain prisoners of war.
