In accordance with the open-ended securities investment fund sales agency agreement and supplementary agreement signed between China Overseas Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and Huaxi Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huaxi Securities"), the relevant business opening is hereby announced as follows:
1、 From May 13, 2024, Huaxi Securities will start to sell the following funds under the Company as an agent, which is limited to the front-end charging mode:

China Overseas Shanghai Hong Kong Shenzhen Value Optimization Flexible Allocation Hybrid Securities Investment Fund C (Fund Code: 020362);
The theme of "mixed dividend" of China Shipping is selected for flexible allocation of hybrid securities investment fund C (fund code: 020360);
China Overseas Blue chip Flexible Allocation Hybrid Securities Investment Fund C (Fund Code: 020361);
China Overseas Consumer Theme Selection Hybrid Securities Investment Fund C (Fund Code: 017915);
China Shipping Xinxing Growth Six month Holding Period Hybrid Securities Investment Fund (Fund Code: 015986);
China Shipping Information Industry Selected Hybrid Securities Investment Fund C (Fund Code: 018848);
China Shipping Healthcare Theme Equity Securities Investment Fund C (Fund Code: 017921);
China Shipping Short term Bond Securities Investment Fund C (Fund Code: 019648).
At that time, investors can handle the above fund account opening, subscription, redemption, fund conversion, fund investment and other related businesses through Huaxi Securities.
2、 The Company will open the above fund conversion business in West China Securities at the same time, and the minimum application share for a single transfer is 1.
3、 The Company will also open the above fund fixed investment business in West China Securities. The minimum deduction amount for each fixed investment is 1 yuan.
