Ms. Zhao Yumeng, the fund manager of the CNOOC Money Market Securities Investment Fund under CNOOC Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), was unable to perform her duties normally due to personal reasons (maternity leave). The Company approved Ms. Zhao Yumeng to take leave from May 6, 2024 in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and company systems.
During the vacation, the China Shipping Money Market Securities Investment Fund managed by Ms. Zhao Yumeng was continued to be managed by Ms. Wang Pingli, another fund manager of the fund. After Ms. Zhao Yumeng's vacation, the Company will make a separate announcement.
The above matters have been filed with the Shanghai Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission in accordance with relevant regulations.
