2. Other matters needing prompt
1. In accordance with the relevant provisions of laws and regulations and the fund contract, the Company decided to suspend the subscription and conversion transfer of Huatai Berry Currency A and Huatai Berry Currency B from April 29, 2024. From May 6, 2024, the Fund will resume fund subscription, conversion and transfer business at the selling institute on a commission basis, and no further announcement will be made at that time.
2. This announcement only suspends the subscription, conversion and transfer business of the Fund's selling institute on a commission basis during the above suspension period, but the subscription, conversion and transfer business involving the following sales institutions or channels shall be handled as usual (in no particular order):
1) Huatai Birui Currency A: Ping An Bank Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Cyberbank Co., Ltd., Ant (Hangzhou) Fund Sales Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jiyu Fund Sales Co., Ltd., Shanghai Lide Fund Sales Co., Ltd;
2) Huatai Birui Currency B: China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd., CITIC Bank Co., Ltd., Ping An Bank Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Cyberbank Co., Ltd., Ant (Hangzhou) Fund Sales Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jiyu Fund Sales Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Lide Fund Sales Co., Ltd.
3. During the period when the Fund suspends subscription and conversion transfer in business, the Fund's redemption, fixed investment, conversion transfer out and other businesses will still be handled as usual; The Fund's business in direct selling institutions remains unchanged.
