According to the sales agreement signed between Ping An Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and Ping An Bank Co., Ltd., from April 12, 2024, some funds of the Company will be newly sold through Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. (Bank E-Link). Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1、 From April 12, 2024, investors can open accounts, subscribe, subscribe, redeem, make fixed investments and convert the corresponding funds in the following table through Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. (Bank E-Link).

2、 Important tips
1. Fixed investment business is a way of fund subscription business. The investor can submit an application through the sales agency to agree on the deduction time, amount and method for each period, and the sales agency will automatically complete the deduction and fund subscription business in the capital account designated by the investor on the agreed deduction date for each period. The minimum deduction amount of each period of the fund for which the fixed investment business is opened in the above list shall be subject to the fund announcement. The sales agency may set the minimum deduction amount equal to or higher than the requirement of the fund announcement as required, and the specific minimum deduction amount shall be subject to the provisions of the sales agency.
2. Fund conversion refers to the act of fund share holders applying to transfer their fund shares of a fund managed by the fund manager to those of other funds managed by the fund manager and registered by the same registration authority in accordance with the conditions specified in the Fund Contract and the then effective announcement of the fund manager. Please refer to the Announcement of Ping An Fund Management Co., Ltd. on Explanations to the Rules of Open ended Fund Conversion Business on the company's website for the rules of fund conversion business and the calculation formula of fees for conversion business.
3、 Rate preference
Investors can enjoy preferential rates by subscribing or regularly and quota subscribing and converting the above funds through Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. (Bank E-link). The right to interpret preferential activities belongs to Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. (Bank E-link). Investors should consult Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. (Bank E-link). The Company does not set discount restrictions on its subscription rate, or the regular quota subscription rate and the subscription compensation rate of the conversion business. The rate discount of the preferential activities is determined and implemented by Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. (bank E-link), and the Company will deal with it according to the rate discount provided by Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. (bank E-link). If Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. (bank E-link) The content of preferential rate activities shall be subject to the activity announcement of Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. (Bank E-Link), and the Company will not make another announcement.
