According to various agreements signed between China Overseas Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and Sunshine Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sunshine Life), the opening of relevant businesses is hereby announced as follows:
1、 From March 26, 2024, Sunshine Life Insurance will start to sell the following funds of the Company as agents:

Agency sales is only limited to the front-end charging mode. At that time, investors can handle fund account opening, subscription, subscription (including subscription of fixed investment), redemption, fund conversion and other related businesses through the sales outlets of Sunshine Life Insurance and the electronic trading platform, and at the same time launch fund subscription (including subscription of fixed investment) rate preference activities for investors.
2、 Investors can enjoy preferential subscription rates for the above funds (limited to front-end charging mode) through the subscription of Sunshine Life (including fixed investment subscription). The specific discount rate is subject to the activities of Sunshine Life. For the original rate of each fund, please refer to the relevant legal documents of each fund and the latest business announcement.
During the preferential rate period, if the company newly added a fund sold through Sunshine Life Insurance, the fund will participate in the above preferential rate activities at the same time from the day when Sunshine Life Insurance opens its subscription (including fixed investment subscription) business. If there is any change in the preferential rate time or rules, the arrangements and regulations of Sunshine Life Insurance will prevail, and the company will not make a separate announcement.
3、 The Company will also open the above fund fixed investment business in Sunshine Life Insurance. The relevant business rules are as follows:
1. The term and quota investment business refers to a long-term investment method in which the investor submits an application for deduction and subscription of a fixed date and amount through a designated sales agency, and the designated sales agency automatically completes the application for deduction and subscription of funds for the investor on the agreed deduction date.
2. Deduction amount The investor can agree with Sunshine Life on a fixed deduction amount for each period.
3. Date of deduction
The investor can agree a fixed deduction date with Sunshine Life Insurance, and the fixed deduction date should follow the provisions of Sunshine Life Insurance.
4. Business Rules
The investors handle the fixed investment business of the above funds through Sunshine Life, and the relevant procedures and business rules follow the relevant provisions of Sunshine Life.
