After his great success in Hong Kong, Umberto Bombana, an Italian famous chef, joined hands with Alan Yu, a passionate and talented executive chef, to own his second 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA in the Bund Source, Shanghai, which marked his first move into the Chinese mainland market. Famous chef and founder Bombana, executive chef Alan Yu and Italian chef Silvio Armanni jointly selected ingredients from all over the world, which were blended into creative traditional Italian delicacies, together with more than 400 grape wine varieties exclusively selected by Italian general manager and wine sommelier Gian Luca Fusetto, and the exclusive cocktail recipe that wine mixing expert Dario Gentile was fascinated with, It has created another top taste bud luxury for Shanghai. Bombana, who has the reputation of "the king of Asian chefs" in the restaurant guide of The Miele Guide, will lead his elite team to bring the best Italian delicacies to Chinese diners. Covering an area of 450 square meters, facing the Huangpu River and the distant river of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, the restaurant is the best place for you to enjoy yourself and gather for celebration with its excellent geographical location, elegant environment and unique internal structure.

Founded in 1859, Jiaya Winery has been owned and operated by four generations of the family. It is the most outstanding wine manufacturer that has won many awards in Piemonte.
