Li Chongxi, male, Han nationality, born in January 1951 (62 years old) in Jianyang, Sichuan Province, joined the Communist Party of China in May 1975 and started working in April 1972. He graduated from the Finance Department of Sichuan University of Finance and Economics (now Southwest University of Finance and Economics) with a bachelor's degree in economics.
