Baijia Baizhen interest rate bond securities investment fund (fund abbreviation: Baijia Baizhen interest rate bond A, Baijia Baizhen interest rate bond C, fund share code: Class A share 021262 Class C shares 021263), according to the Reply on Approving the Registration of Baijia Baizhen Interest Rate Bond Securities Investment Fund (ZJXK [2024] No. 506) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, will be raised on April 22, 2024, and the original deadline for raising will be May 22, 2024.
In order to protect the interests of investors, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Baijia Baizhen Interest Rate Bond Securities Investment Fund Contract", the "Baijia Baizhen Interest Rate Bond Securities Investment Fund Prospectus", the "Baijia Baizhen Interest Rate Bond Securities Investment Fund Fund Unit Offering Announcement" and other documents, as well as the current subscription of the Fund, The Fund Manager Baijia Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has decided to terminate the raising of the Fund in advance. The subscription deadline is advanced to April 24, 2024, that is, all valid subscription applications of the Fund on April 24, 2024 will be confirmed, and investors' subscription applications will not be accepted from April 25, 2024.
