According to the provisions of the Prospectus of Bosera Aberdeen Standard Selected Emerging Market Bond Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund), where Bosera Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") acts as the agent in mainland China, the trading day of mainland sales refers to the date when mainland sales institutions accept the business of purchase, redemption, etc. of mainland investors, Specifically, it is a Hong Kong business day on which the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (collectively referred to as the "Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges") are open for trading at the same time. Hong Kong Business Day means any day (other than Saturday or Sunday) on which banks in Hong Kong and the Mainland are open for normal banking business or any other day that the Trustee and the Fund Manager may agree from time to time, but the normal business hours of banks in Hong Kong and/or the Mainland have been shortened due to the issuance of Typhoon Signal No. 8, the Black Rainstorm Warning or other similar events, Unless otherwise decided by the trustee and the fund manager, that day will not be a business day.
As Hong Kong will be closed on October 9, 2023 due to the No. 8 typhoon signal and black rainstorm warning, the day is not a trading day for the sale of the Fund in the mainland, and the redemption business of the Fund will be suspended on that day.
