From the night of the 10th to the day of the 11th: moderate to heavy rain in Heihe, Yichun, northern Qiqihar, northern Suihua, northern Harbin, Hegang, western Jiamusi, western Shuangyashan, Qitai River, cloudy in the north of the Great Khingan Mountains, cloudy and showery in the south of the Great Khingan Mountains and Mudanjiang River, and overcast to moderate rain in other regions.
From the night of the 11th to the day of the 12th: moderate rain in the north of Yichun and the west of Hegang, cloudy in the Great Khingan Mountains, the west of Heihe River, the south of Qiqihar and Daqing, and light rain in other areas.
From the night of the 12th to the day of the 13th: the Great Khingan Mountains, Heihe River, Yichun, northern Suihua and eastern Jiamusi are cloudy with showers, and other areas are cloudy.
The minimum temperature at night on the 10th day: 1~3 ℃ in the north of the Great Khingan Mountains, 4~6 ℃ in the south of the Great Khingan Mountains, Heihe, northern Yichun and Qiqihar, 10~12 ℃ in Harbin, Qitaihe and western Mudanjiang, and 7~9 ℃ in other regions.
The highest daytime temperature on the 11th day: 16~18 ℃ in the Greater Xing'an Mountains, Yichun, northern Daqing, Shuangya Mountain, Qitai River, 18~20 ℃ in the northern Heihe River, Harbin, 22~24 ℃ in the southern Daqing, and 13~15 ℃ in other regions.
In addition, there were thunderstorms, strong winds, short-term heavy rainfall and other severe convective weather in the southern region from the afternoon to the night of October 10.
