Every woman yearns for a perfect figure, but what kind of figure is perfect? Do you know what the standard three circumference is like? If you don't know, then look at the following formula, that's your goal!

Bust=height X 0.51 (for example, standard bust of 160cm height=160cm X 0.51=81.6cm)

Waist=height X 0.34 (for example, the standard waist of 160cm height=160cm X 0.34=54.4cm)

Hip circumference=height X 0.542 (for example, standard hip circumference of 160cm height=160cm X 0.542=86.72cm)

Everyone has a beautiful body, but the subtleties are different, so the so-called standard figure does not only emphasize height and thin. 1、 Calculation steps of body proportion

1. Judge the face shape and head length: comb all the hair back, grab the ponytail, expose the contour of the face, judge the face shape, and then take a ruler to measure the length of the face from the top of the head to the chin (based on the proportion of bald heads).

2. Height measurement: it is accurate to measure height by flattening the hair and straightening the body.

3. Calculation ratio: height ÷ head length=head body (this is the so-called height ratio standard).

For example, if your height is 159cm and head length is 20cm, then 159 (height) ÷ 20 (head length)=7.59 (head body). After rounding, you are a standard eight head body!

Standard weight (kg)=(height - 100cm) × 0.9

Standard hip circumference (cm)=height (cm) × 0.54

Standard chest circumference (cm)=height (cm) × 0.53

Standard waist circumference (cm)=height (cm) × 0.37

Standard thigh length (cm)=height (cm) × 0.3

Standard calf length (cm)=height (cm) × 0.26
