Among the 23 finally elected senior management volunteers, only 7 are native Guangzhou people, and 12 are new "Guangzhou people" from outside the province. Among the heads of these departments, there are three directors, seven president assistants and minister assistants, seven managers and one university professor. Most of them are from famous universities, and more than 70% of them have graduate degrees or above, including two overseas returnees.
It is understood that there are more than 680000 volunteers in the city at present, but there is a lack of management personnel, especially organizational, management and planning volunteers.
