According to the confession law, we should eliminate the three obstacles and give birth to seven kinds of hearts. Which seven hearts? One is ashamed, two is fearful, three is disgusted with separation, four is bodhicitta, five is resentful of kinship and equality, six is to repay Buddha's grace, and seven is to view sin and emptiness.

To be ashamed is to be ashamed of yourself, because you have committed a serious crime, and you have no time to be ashamed. Terror, that is, one's own thoughts and actions are all karma. Therefore, after the death of karma, one will fall into hell, animals, and hungry ghosts, suffering immeasurably. Therefore, one should have a heart of fear. Being disgusted with separation means being disgusted with life and death and suffering.

Bodhicitta is the boundless vow of all living beings, the vow of endless troubles, and the vow to cultivate all kinds of wisdom and vow to become Buddhas for all living beings to get rid of hardship and happiness. Resentment and kinship are equal, that is to say, all living beings are equal to each other and benefit from each other. To repay the Buddha's kindness is to know that it is difficult to repay the Buddha's kindness. We should be brave and diligent in this world, carry forward the Buddhism, and extend the reach of all living beings. To observe the emptiness of sin, that is, sin has no self nature. It arises from causes and evil deeds. Also from the cause of death, washing the heart and repenting is the death of sin.

We repent with these seven hearts, devote ourselves wholeheartedly, sincerely repent of the evil deeds we have done since the beginning of the disaster, initiate the determination to change and be brave, and vow to always practice the Bodhisattva Way throughout the world, so the intensity of repentance is great. Many people have this feeling. After confession, they feel much relaxed, which means that you have less obstacles. In addition to repentance, we should also practice repentance frequently. At the same time, it is the most powerful to cultivate discipline and wisdom, develop Bodhicitta, practice Bodhisattva's way, and eliminate sins and obstacles.
