The Buddha once predicted to Maitreya that these two brothers would become Buddhas in the future, calling themselves Pure Eye Tathagata and Pure Hidden Tathagata.

The birthday of Medicine King Bodhisattva is April 28 in the lunar calendar. The King of Medicine, whose Sanskrit name is Bhai š ajya-r  ja, is transliterated into the name of Vaishi Serra. The Bodhisattva who gives good medicine to cure the body and heart of all living beings. It is one of the twenty-five Bodhisattvas of Amitabha. In the Lotus Sutra of the Magical Dharma, there are also biographies of the Medicine King Bodhisattva and the Medicine Bodhisattva. The story of Medicine King Bodhisattva's "burning his body to offer to Buddha" comes from the "Dharma Flower Sutra · Medicine King Bodhisattva's Skills": the predecessor of Medicine King Bodhisattva was called "All sentient beings like to see Bodhisattva", because he was willing to practice asceticism, he realized all the three samadhi. When you get this Samadhi, you will have great joy and enter Samadhi. The Medicine King Bodhisattva offered his body to Buddha, which made all Buddhas in the ten directions praise him as the true Dharma offering Buddha. It shows the determination to devote all beings wholeheartedly, and makes its spirit of applying medicine endless in its unique way. [1]

According to the Sutra of Two Bodhisattvas on the Medicine King (translated by Sanzang Keliang Yeshe in the Western Song Dynasty), the Medicine King Bodhisattva and the Medicine King Bodhisattva were originally a pair of brothers, a star Suguang and an electric light. They learn from their elder brothers. After taking good medicine, the monks have learned the magic method of smelling. With the power of medicine, they can eliminate the four major diseases of damage and worry, anger and anger. Therefore, the medicine is used to send Anuttara, three contempt and three Bodhi hearts to all the people, and they will become Buddhas in the future. When Sakyamuni Buddha knew about it, he told Maitreya: "This medicine king Bodhisattva has practiced Brahma practice for a long time, and his wishes have been fulfilled. He will become a Buddha in the future world, known as the Pure Eye Tathagata; the medicine king Bodhisattva will become a Buddha after the medicine king, known as the Pure Tibet Tathagata.". The Sutra of Two Bodhisattvas on the Medicine of the Medicine King records in detail the merits and virtues of the Medicine King and the Medicine Bodhisattva, the biographies of Taroni and Bunsen, and the famous method of repentance and elimination of sins in the past fifty-three Buddhas. In addition, according to the Medicine King Bodhisattva's Essence in the Lotus Sutra (translated by Yao Qin Kumaras) and the Medicine King Bodhisattva's Essence in the Zhengfa Hua Sutra (translated by Zhu Fahu in the Western Jin Dynasty), the story of the Medicine King Bodhisattva's limitless sacrifice and almsgiving, hearing and receiving the Lotus Sutra is also recorded. It is recorded in the Dharma China Sutra that if the seven treasures are used to support the Buddha, Great Bodhisattva, Pizhi Buddha and Arhat in the world, the person who receives merit and virtue is not as good as the person who receives one or four verses of the Dharma China Sutra. In the Dharma Master's Taste of the Lotus Sutra, the Tathagata told the Medicine King Bodhisattva about the merits of hearing, reading, receiving, offering, and speaking the Lotus Sutra of the Miraculous Dharma in detail: "The Medicine King, who has read the Lotus Sutra of the Miraculous Dharma, should know that people are dignified by Buddha, then the Tathagata bears the burden. Where they go, they should follow the ritual, and they should be wholeheartedly palmed, respectful, offering, respecting, and admiring. Hua, Xiang, Yingluo, Fenxiang, Tuxiang, Shaoxiang, Zeng Gai, Chuang Fan, clothes, and food should be used as all kinds of folk music. People who offer to worship should hold Tianbao and scatter it. Heaven treasures should be gathered and offered. So what? People are happy to talk about it. When they hear it, they will know the reason of Anuttara's three contempt and three Bodhi. ",

In the Dharma Flower Scripture, the Six Medicine Kings Bodhisattva recorded that in the past, there were countless Ganges River sand robberies, and there was the Tathagata who was clear and virtuous by the sun and the moon,

The life span of the Buddha is 42000 Kalpas. There was a Bodhisattva, named 'All living beings like to see Bodhisattva', who practiced asceticism, made great progress in the practice of scriptures, and devoted himself to the pursuit of Buddhism. After twelve thousand years of age, he was proved to be 'showing all body colors and samadhi'. He took all kinds of incense, drank sesame oil, and burned himself to support the Buddha for twelve hundred years. After his death, he was reborn into the family of King Jingde. He was instructed by the Tathagata Jingmingde, the sun and the moon, to build eighty four thousand pagodas after the death of Peter Buddha. For 72, 000 years, the fuel boom provided for its tower. That 'all living beings like to see Bodhisattva' is now the Medicine King Bodhisattva.

In addition, according to the Seven Wonders of the Mahatma Sutra, there have been countless times in the past, and there are many people who said that the Mahatma Sutra was written by Hua Zhifo. At that time, the king's name was wonderful and solemn (Brahma - vyuha), his wife was Jingde (Brahma Vimala - datta), and his second son was Jingcang and Jingyan. The king evil sees the flourishing and believes in the law of the outside world. The wife and the second son set up all kinds of conveniences together, so that Wang Zhisu, Wang Huazhi Buddha Institute, heard about the Dharma and Chinese scriptures and shared interests. Jingzang and Jingyan are now the King of Medicine and the Two Bodhisattvas on Medicine.

According to the Shurangama Sutra, the medicine king and the two Bodhisattvas on medicine were enlightened from the taste dust: "The medicine king, the prince of the two methods on medicine, and five hundred Brahma in the meeting, that is, from the seat, saluted the Buddha's feet, while the white Buddha said: I have no beginning of disaster, and I am a good doctor in the world. I taste the grass, trees, gold and stone in the Saha world. The number of names is one hundred and eight thousand. If it is known, it is bitter, salty, sweet and spicy, and all harmony are born and changed. It is cold or hot, toxic and non-toxic, and can be known all over the world. The Tathagata inherits things, and has a sense of understanding. It is not empty and nonexistent. It is not physical and mental. It is not separated from the body and mind. It is from enlightenment to separate the taste causes. The Buddha Tathagata has printed the names of the Kunji Medicine King and the two Bodhisattvas on the medicine. Now he is the Prince of Dharma in the meeting. He ascended the Bodhisattva because of his clear sense of taste. The Buddha asks for fluency, as I have proved, because the taste is superior. "

One pearl turns into a cloud head. There is a bodhisattva in the cloud. Countless people think they are waiters. When the Bodhisattva speaks four truths. Suffering, emptiness, impermanence and selflessness. It is also said that all Bodhisattvas walk deeply. "

The younger brother said to his mother at home: "Mother, my brother can cure thousands of diseases and hundreds of sores, but he can't cure the disease that can't be cured. Why can't you cure your old disease?" The mother said: "It can't be blamed on your brother. I've thought out all the ways, and I just want you to carry me to the back mountain to have a look." "That's what we need." Mother and son cleaned up, and then they carried their mother to the mountain.

Half way up the mountain, my mother said she was dry and wanted water. My son searched all over the mountains and found no water. Later, he only saw a shell of water in a skull skull, and there was a yellow snake swimming upstream and downstream. He took it to his mother and said, "Mother, I can't find water anywhere. I only saw a shell of water in this skull skull, and there was a yellow snake bathing in it." At this time, my mother became thirsty, and said, "Whatever it is, bring it to my mother to drink." She then gulped it down.

After drinking this, my mother felt that her eyes were much brighter and her heart was much better than before. After resting for a while, he picked up his back and walked to the top of the mountain. At the top of the mountain, my mother said she was hungry and wanted something to eat. My son searched all over the mountain and found a family. There was no other delicious food in the house. There was only one black hen, which rested on the peach tree beside the house during the day and night, and the owner was unwilling to sell it. As soon as I thought there were still some eggs in the room, I gave them to his wife and his wife, and counted nine. I borrowed the master's cooking stove to cook eggs. When I opened it, there was a double yolk egg inside. My son ate sweet potatoes himself. Seeing that my mother had a good appetite, I gave all nine eggs to my mother. As soon as my mother ate it, she recovered. The eyes are clearer than those of good people. Without carrying their backs, the two women went down the mountain.

Returning to the house, the younger brother said to the elder brother, "Brother, thanks to you, you are still the Medicine King Bodhisattva. Even my mother's eyes can't be cured. I just carry my mother to the back mountain to play.". "It's written in the medicine book that, like my mother's disease, it needs thousand year old skeleton water, yellow snake bath soup, black hen and peach tree rest, and nine eggs are double yellow. Look where you can find them." The younger brother heard, "Oh, my brother is really a medicine king bodhisattva."

The king of medicine is a good medicine for all living beings to keep away from sickness, poverty, adversity and hardship. Medicine King Bodhisattva is to give good medicine to all kinds of serious diseases to make all living beings healthy.

Due to all kinds of evil karma created by all living beings in the past, the body of the four false combinations of life and death must be suffering and impermanent. The Complete Enlightenment Sutra says: "Four major deviations, where is the false body of today, that is, knowing that this body is, after all, incorporeal. Harmony is the phase, reality is the same as illusion, four edges are false, and there are six roots of false.". Knowing that this person is a fake, but we must use the fake to cultivate the truth, so that we can keep away from illness only after we have always lived sincerely. This is the education of Bodhisattva.

Therefore, the Medicine King Bodhisattva instructed us not only to cure the current disease, but also to cure the diseases of the past. Therefore, we should apply medicine and magic to thousands of people, and make them completely free from suffering and pain. This is the true spirit of medicine king Bodhisattva.

Medicine King Bodhisattva feeds Buddha with all kinds of wonderful flowers and fragrance. After offering, it is better to offer yourself as your own, so you take Miaoxiang, apply sesame oil to your own body, burn your body, and give alms to Buddha.

The heavens, dragons, gods, yakasha, Gandava, Asura, Kalulu, Kinara, Motharoga, non human beings, and other lands, various Buddhas, as well as the people who heard this news, were delighted.

At that time, the Buddha told the King Hua Bodhisattva that he was going to the endless Ganges River Sand Robbery. There were Buddha names, such as Sun Moon Pure Virtue Tathagata, Dedication, Righteousness and Universal Knowledge, Mingxing and Foot, Good Death, World Understanding, No Staff Sergeant, Tunyu Husband, Tianren Teacher, Buddha, and Buddha. The Buddha has 8 billion Bodhisattvas, Mahasha, 72 Ganges River Sands, and has a life span of 42 thousand Kalpas, so does the Bodhisattva. There are no women, hell, hungry ghosts, beasts, Ashura, etc. in that country, and they are made of all kinds of difficulties, the ground is like palm, and colored glass. The treasure tree is solemn, the treasure tent is covered, the treasure banner is hung, the treasure bottle incense burner, and all over the country. The seven treasures are the platform, one tree is the platform, and the tree goes to the platform, and the arrow path is completed. All these treasure trees have Bodhisattvas who sit under them when they hear about them. On all the treasure platforms, there are tens of millions of heavenly performers (j ì) who sing in praise of the Buddha as a sacrifice. At that time, the Buddha was pleased to see Bodhisattvas, Bodhisattvas and all the people who heard about it, and he said the Chinese Sutra. All living beings like to see Bodhisattva, enjoy practicing asceticism, and in the Sun Moon Pure Virtue Buddha Dharma, they make great efforts to practice scriptures, and wholeheartedly seek Buddha. After reaching the age of twelve thousand, they can see all the forms and bodies of Samadhi. When I got this Samadhi, I felt very happy and said, "I have to show all Samadhi, because I have heard the Dharma Sutra. Now I should offer the Dharma Sutra and the Dharma Sutra to the Sun and Moon.". When you enter Samadhi, it rains mandala and Maha mandala in the empty sky, and the thin end of it is hard black sandalwood. It is full of clouds in the empty sky, and the fragrance of sandalwood on the shore of the Rainy Sea is also fragrant. This incense is worth six baht in the Saha world to support Buddha. As a kind of offering, I started from Samadhi, and read from myself that although I am offering to the Buddha with divine power, I would rather offer myself with my own body, namely, I take all kinds of incense, such as sandalwood, smoked land, Douloupo, Bilika, immersed water, gum incense, and drink Zhanbu Zhu Hua sesame oil. When I have reached the age of one thousand and two hundred years, I apply the sesame oil to my body. In front of the Sun Moon Pure Brightness Buddha, I wrap myself with the heavenly treasure clothes, pour the sesame oil, and use the divine power to wish and burn myself, The light shines all over the eight billion Ganges River sand world. Among them, the Buddhas also praised: Good, good, good man, is really progressive, is the name of true Dharma to support Buddha. It is impossible to offer flowers, incense, wreaths, incense burning, end incense, painted incense, Tianzeng, streamer cover, and sandalwood on the sea shore, even if the state city, wife, and charity are all kinds of things. A good man is the best almsgiving among all almsgiving. He uses Dharma to support people like Lai Gu. As we speak, we are silent. His body is burning and he is two hundred years old. When he has passed the right time, his body is exhausted. All sentient beings are happy to see that Bodhisattva has made such a Dharma offering. After his death, he was born again in the Kingdom of Pure Virtue. He sat on his feet in the King Jingde's family, and suddenly became alive. That is, to speak in verse for his father:

The king should know now that I can get everything at once by walking there,

Diligence and great diligence, give up the body you love, and support the Buddha for supreme wisdom.

He said it was Jiji, while Bai Fu said, "The sun and the moon cleanse the Dharma Buddha. First, I offer to the Buddha, understand the language of all living beings, and know that it is the Dharma Hua Sutra, which is eight hundred thousand trillion yuan.". My lord, I should still support this Buddha today. Bai already immediately sat on the platform of Seven Treasures, ascended to the void, raised seven more trees, went to the Buddha's place, saluted his head and feet, closed his fingers and claws, and praised the Buddha in verse:

His face is wonderful, and the light shines in all directions. I should have offered, and now I will return to the throne.

At that time, all living beings liked to see the Bodhisattva saying that it was a Ket already, while the white Buddha said, "Buddha, Buddha is still alive.". At that time, the sun and moon Jingming Buddha told all living beings that they were happy to see the Bodhisattva: Good man, my nirvana time has come, and I will die until the end. You can give alms to the bed, and I will be like nirvana tonight. He also commands all living beings to be happy to see Bodhisattva: Good man, I will instruct you, all Bodhisattvas, big disciples, Anuttara's Three Defying Three Bodhisattva Dharma, as well as three thousand seven treasure worlds, all treasure trees, treasure platforms, and serve all the heavens to pay you; After I died, all the Buddhist relics also told you to spread out and provide widely, and several thousand pagodas should be raised. Such is the sun and the moon, which cleanses the Buddha, and commands all living beings to enjoy seeing the Bodhisattva and to enter Nirvana after night. At that time, all living beings were happy to see the Bodhisattva's death, sad and upset, and admired the Buddha. That is to say, they made offerings to the Buddha's body and burned it. After the fire was extinguished, he collected the relics to make eighty four thousand treasure bottles and eighty four thousand pagodas. In the third world of the high school, the temple was solemn and hung with flags and bells. At that time, all sentient beings were glad to see the Bodhisattva repeat his words: Although I was making a sacrifice, my heart was still not enough. Now I should make more contributions to the Buddhist relics. Then he said to all the Bodhisattvas' big disciples, as well as Tianlong, Yecha and all the public: You should think with one heart that I am offering the Buddhist relics of Sun Moon Pure Brightness. As a saying goes, in front of the eighty four thousand pagodas, burning a hundred blessings with a solemn arm of seventy-two thousand years old, and by offering to others, countless monks and monks have made Anuttara three contempt three bodhicitta heart, making all forms and bodies appear. At that time, all the Bodhisattvas, Heaven, People, and Asura were worried and sad when they saw that they had no arms. They said that all living beings like to see Bodhisattva. They are our teachers who have taught me. Now they burn their arms and are not full. At that time, all living beings were happy to see Bodhisattva, and made this oath in the public. If I give up my arms, I will become the golden body of Buddha. If it is true, my arms will be restored as before. It is a vow, and it is natural to return it. It is due to the wisdom and honesty of Bodhisattva Ford. At that time, there were six kinds of shocks in the three thousand world. The rain was precious, which was unprecedented for all people. Buddha told King Hua Bodhisattva: What do you mean? All living beings like to see Bodhisattva. Isn't it different? Today, the Medicine King Bodhisattva is the same. If he gives his life to give alms, it is up to him to count. Suwanghua, if there is a person who wants to get Anuttara three contempt three Bodhisattvas, he can burn his finger or even one finger to support the pagoda. He is better than his wife in the state city and three thousand lands, mountains, rivers, and precious treasures. If there are people again, he can fill three thousand world with seven treasures, and support Buddha, Great Bodhisattva, Pazhi Buddha, and Arhats. It is because people get merit, it is better to accept this Dharma and Chinese Sutra, Even one or four verses of Ket are the most blessed.
