1、 Basic information of the delisted fund

2、 Main contents of the decision on terminating the listing of funds

3、 Explanations on Follow up Matters of Fund Delisting
（1） The revised Fund Contract comes into force
Since the date of termination of listing of the Fund Anrui, the name of the Fund has been changed to Hua'an Small and Medium Cap Growth Stock Securities Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as "Hua'an Small and Medium Cap Growth Fund"), and the Hua'an Small and Medium Cap Growth Stock Securities Investment Fund Fund Contract revised from the Fund Contract of Anrui Securities Investment Fund has come into effect The rights and obligations of the Fund Manager and the Fund Custodian shall be subject to the Hua'an Medium and Small Cap Growth Stock Securities Investment Fund Contract.
After the termination of the listing of the fund, the centralized subscription will be handled and redemption will not be opened temporarily. The centralized subscription code is "040007". After the redemption business of the fund is opened, the holder may, through Hua'an Fund Management Co., Ltd., China Industrial and Commercial Bank of China The designated outlets and other designated sales channels handle the redemption of fund units. The time when centralized subscription and daily subscription redemption businesses will be handled will be announced separately.
（2） Fund share change registration
1. The original Amway shares are uniformly changed and registered by China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. Shanghai Securities Depository and Clearing System to Hua'an Fund Management Co., Ltd. After the open subscription and redemption of Hua'an Small and Medium Cap Growth Fund, the holders can handle the subscription and redemption of fund units through Hua'an Fund Management Co., Ltd., ICBC designated outlets and other fund sales agencies.
2. After the Fund Anrui terminates its listing, the Fund Manager will apply to China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shanghai Branch for handling the procedures for terminating the securities registration service in the stock exchange market. After obtaining the register of fund unit holders on the equity registration date of delisting, and changing the name of fund unit and necessary information, the fund manager will conduct the initial registration of investors' fund units according to the detailed data provided by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shanghai Branch.
3. After the listing of Fund Anrui is terminated, the original holder of Fund Anrui shares needs to reconfirm and register the Fund Anrui shares held by him, that is, right confirmation registration. The Fund Manager hereby transfers the corresponding fund units to the relevant sales institutions where the holders handle the registration of open-ended fund accounts. Thereafter, the holder can redeem the Hua'an small and medium-sized growth fund shares through the relevant sales agency.
4. Precautions
(1) After the termination of the listing of the fund and before the opening of the fund for redemption, generally speaking, the holder cannot carry out the fund transaction and fund redemption, and there is a certain liquidity risk.
(2) For fund units whose transfer restrictions such as judicial freezing and pledge registration have been handled, the relevant registration institutions and securities operating institutions shall handle the transfer procedures of such transfer restrictions in accordance with the relevant provisions.
(3) If the original Fund Anrui unit holders want to redeem the Hua'an medium and small cap growth fund transformed from the Fund Anrui unit, they must go through the "right confirmation registration" procedure for the Fund Anrui unit they hold in advance.
