The number of Shanghai Stock Exchange put warrants that the Company has been approved to cancel this time is 3 million. The terms of this warrant are the same as those of the original Shanghai Stock Exchange put warrants (transaction abbreviation Shanghai Market JTP1 , transaction code 580996 and exercise code 582996).
