In accordance with the Notice on Matters Related to the Creation of Haier Warrants by Securities Companies issued by Shanghai Stock Exchange, Ping An Securities Co., Ltd. applied to Shanghai Stock Exchange for the creation of Haier Warrants Qingdao Haier The put warrants have been approved and China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shanghai Branch has gone through the corresponding registration procedures. The number of Qingdao Haier put warrants that the Company was allowed to create this time was 3 million, and the terms of the warrants were identical to those of the original Qingdao Haier put warrants (transaction referred to as Haier JTP1, transaction code 580991, and exercise code 582991).
