Warrants fell sharply

http://www.sina.com.cn    11:13, August 1, 2008    China Securities News - China Securities Network

Warrants

The market fell sharply today, and the warrant market, which had previously risen against the trend, failed to perform miracles again today. As of 10:59, none of the warrants had risen. Among them, Steel Vanadium GFC1 fell by 12.88%, WISCO CWB1, Shenzhen High tech CWB1 and Gezhou CWB1 fell by 6.73%, 6.45% and 6.23%.

Analysts pointed out that the sharp decline in the regular stock market severely hit the investment in the warrant market, especially the rapid decline in the steel sector, which affected its warrant products.
