The SSE issued today that securities companies can create Guodian Power Notice of Warrants.
The notice said that Guodian Power Subscription Warrant (code: "580008", transaction abbreviation:“ Guodian JTB1 ”, will be traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on September 5, 2006.
Qualified securities companies can create the same kind of Guodian Power Subscription Warrant according to the relevant provisions of the Notice on Matters Related to the Creation of WISCO Warrants by Securities Companies issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The created warrants can be traded on September 8, 2006.
