Among them, Bank of Communications was fined 1.3 million yuan in total, Ping An Bank was fined 1.4 million yuan in total, and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank was fined 1.7 million yuan in total; Galaxy Securities was fined 1 million yuan in total; China Life was fined 700000 yuan in total.

According to the decision on administrative punishment, the types of illegal acts of Bank of Communications include: failure to perform the obligation of customer identification in accordance with the provisions, failure to submit large sum transaction reports or suspicious transaction reports in accordance with the provisions, dealing with unidentified customers or opening anonymous accounts or pseudonymous accounts for customers.

From January 1, 2017 to June 30, 2017, Bank of Communications failed to perform the obligation of customer identification in accordance with the provisions, and imposed a fine of 500000 yuan in accordance with Article 32 (1) of the Anti money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China; Failure to submit large sum transaction report or suspicious transaction report as required shall be subject to a fine of 400000 yuan in accordance with Item (3) of Article 32 of the Anti money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China; In case of any transaction with an unidentified customer, a fine of 400000 yuan shall be imposed in accordance with Item 4 of Article 32 of the Anti Money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China; The Bank of Communications was fined 1.3 million yuan in total, and the relevant responsible persons were fined 80000 yuan in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 (1), (3) and (4) of the Anti Money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China.

The types of illegal acts of Ping An Bank include: failure to perform the obligation of customer identification in accordance with regulations, failure to keep customer identity information and transaction records in accordance with regulations, failure to submit large amount transaction reports or suspicious transaction reports in accordance with regulations.

From January 1, 2017 to June 30, 2017, Ping An Bank failed to perform the obligation of customer identification in accordance with the provisions, and imposed a fine of 500000 yuan in accordance with Article 32 (1) of the Anti money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China; If the customer's identity data and transaction records are not kept as required, a fine of 400000 yuan will be imposed in accordance with Item 2 of Article 32 of the Anti Money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China; Failure to submit large sum transaction report or suspicious transaction report as required shall be subject to a fine of 500000 yuan in accordance with Item (3) of Article 32 of the Anti money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China; Ping An Bank was fined 1.4 million yuan in total, and the relevant responsible persons were fined 140000 yuan in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 (1), (2) and (3) of the Anti Money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China.

From January 1, 2017 to June 30, 2017, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank failed to perform the obligation of customer identification in accordance with the provisions, and imposed a fine of 500000 yuan in accordance with Article 32 (1) of the Anti money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China; If the customer's identity data and transaction records are not kept as required, a fine of 300000 yuan will be imposed in accordance with Item 2 of Article 32 of the Anti Money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China; Failure to submit large sum transaction report or suspicious transaction report as required shall be subject to a fine of 500000 yuan in accordance with Item (3) of Article 32 of the Anti money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China; In case of any transaction with an unidentified customer, a fine of 400000 yuan shall be imposed in accordance with Item 4 of Article 32 of the Anti Money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China; Shanghai Pudong Development Bank was fined 1.7 million yuan in total, and the relevant responsible persons were fined 180000 yuan in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 (1), (2), (3) and (4) of the Anti Money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China.

The types of illegal acts of Galaxy Securities include: failing to perform the obligation of customer identification in accordance with the provisions, and trading with customers with unknown identities.

From January 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, Galaxy Securities failed to perform the obligation of customer identification as required, and was fined 500000 yuan in accordance with Item 1 of Article 32 of the Anti money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China; In case of any transaction with an unidentified customer, a fine of 500000 yuan shall be imposed in accordance with Item 4 of Article 32 of the Anti Money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China; Galaxy Securities was fined a total of 1 million yuan, and the relevant responsible persons were fined a total of 60000 yuan in accordance with Article 32 (1) and (4) of the Anti Money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China.

The types of illegal acts of China Life Insurance include: failure to keep customer identity information and transaction records as required, failure to submit large sum transaction reports or suspicious transaction reports as required.

From July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, China Life Insurance failed to keep the customer's identity information and transaction records as required, and imposed a fine of 300000 yuan in accordance with Item 2 of Article 32 of the Anti money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China; Failure to submit large sum transaction report or suspicious transaction report as required shall be subject to a fine of 400000 yuan in accordance with Item (3) of Article 32 of the Anti money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China; China Life was fined a total of 700000 yuan, and the relevant responsible persons were fined 60000 yuan in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 (2) and (3) of the Anti Money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China.

The media reported that at present, only China Life Insurance announced the punishment by the central bank on July 29. China Life has the lowest penalty among the five financial institutions.
