Early indica rice The futures contract has been approved by the CSRC in the Reply on Approving the Listing of Early Indica Rice Futures Contract in Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (Zheng Jian Han [2009] No. 75). The matters related to the delivery business of early indica rice futures are hereby notified as follows:
1、 The standard warehouse receipt for early indica rice varieties is a general warehouse receipt.
2、 The discount for delivery of early indica rice not produced in this production year is 40 yuan/ton, and the discount will be settled together with the payment for goods.
3、 The storage fee for early indica rice is 0.4 yuan/ton/day.
4、 The handling fees for delivery of early indica rice, warehouse receipt transfer and cash transfer are 1 yuan/ton.
5、 Designated delivery warehouse
The benchmark designated delivery warehouses for early indica rice are: Hunan Jinxia Grain Industry Co., Ltd., Hunan Jinjian Grain and Oil Industry Development Co., Ltd., Hunan Yongzhou Xiahe National Grain Reserve Warehouse, China Hualiang Logistics Group Chenglingji Port Warehouse, Hunan Grain Center Wholesale Market, Hunan Yiyang Granular Grain Sales Co., Ltd., Hunan Chishan National Grain Reserve Warehouse Jiangxi Zhangshu National Grain Reserve Warehouse, Jiangxi Wenzhen Grain Reserve Warehouse, Jiangxi Ji'an Hedong National Grain Reserve Warehouse, and Jiujiang Grain and Oil Corporation Reserve Warehouse.
The non benchmark designated delivery warehouses for early indica rice are: Wuhan Dahualing Grain Reserve Warehouse, Zhejiang Jiashan Yinliang National Grain Reserve Warehouse Co., Ltd., and Guangdong South China Grain Trading Center Co., Ltd.
The above designated delivery warehouses will be used from the date of listing and trading of early indica rice futures contracts. See the appendix for details of the premium and discount of the designated delivery warehouses and the inbound and outbound expenses in 2009. The Exchange will add other designated delivery warehouses for early indica rice according to market development.
6、 Designated quality inspection organization
The designated quality inspection institutions for early indica rice are: Anhui Grain and Oil Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station, Hunan Grain and Oil Product Quality Monitoring Center, Jiangxi Grain and Oil Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. See the appendix for relevant inspection costs. Early indica rice re inspection shall be charged twice the inspection fee of the designated quality inspection agency.
