Sina Entertainment News According to the official microblog of "Beijing Chaoyang District People's Procuratorate", today, Beijing Chaoyang District People's Procuratorate indicted the criminal suspect Yin Xiangjie on suspicion of illegal possession of drugs. On December 25, 2014, the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau arrested the suspect Yin Xiangjie in a community in Chaoyang District, and found 13.93g of methamphetamine (commonly known as methamphetamine), 0.04g of ketamine, and 1.02g of marijuana on the spot.

According to the relevant provisions of Article 348 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China on the crime of illegal possession of drugs, anyone who illegally holds more than 10 grams but less than 50 grams of methamphetamine or other drugs in relatively large quantities shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance and shall also be fined. The behavior of the suspect has been suspected of illegal possession of drugs.

At the same time, the official microblog of the Chaoyang District Procuratorate also exposed a picture of Yin Xiangjie in prison clothes being tried. Yin Xiangjie looked calm with glasses and a small crew cut.

At noon on December 27 last year, the official microblog of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau, "Safe Beijing", reported that at about 18:00 on December 25, the police arrested a drug related person, Mr. Yin (male, 45 years old, singer), in a community in Chaoyang District, and seized more than 10 grams of methamphetamine and other drugs on the scene. Later, Yin Xiangjie, a singer famous for "The Trawler's Love", was confirmed to be the person involved in the case. On December 31, the People's Procuratorate of Fengtai District, Beijing, requested approval for the arrest of Yin Xiangjie on suspicion of illegal possession of drugs.
