   1. What is the reason why teletransmission technology can participate in the World Internet Conference again?

Recently, General Secretary Xi emphasized in the ninth collective learning of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee that "AI is an important driving force for a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform", and that "key core technologies should be the main direction of attack". Based on the field of smart service, Teletransmission Technology has been committed to the research and innovation of smart service technology. So this year, I am honored to be invited by the organizing committee to participate in the intelligent promotion project of the conference for the second time.

This year, our "Xiaoyuan" intelligent service robot has been upgraded. We hope that by serving the World Internet Conference, "she" can see more "the world", accumulate more service experience and better apply practice. In addition to intelligent robots, teletransmission technology also brings intelligent carts. We hope that by virtue of teletransmission intelligent carts, we can solve the service pain points of the last 500 meters of short distance logistics in parks or large indoor areas, apply intelligent service technology to life, and create a more convenient and beautiful life experience.

   2. This year's World Internet Conference on Services is the second generation of "Xiaoyuan". What are the changes?

This year, we will participate in the conference to serve the second-generation "Xiaoyuan" robot, and upgrade its appearance and functions. "Xiaoyuan" Plus continues to use the humanoid design, but this year, "she" wore a gray white matte dress with a waist closed, which is more scientific and more in line with the cutting-edge intelligent service image of Internet conferences.

In terms of functions, "Xiaoyuan" Plus has absorbed the successful service experience of last year and updated the software system iteratively on the original basis. The upgraded Xiaoyuan robot "thinks more clearly". It is more accurate and intelligent in voice interaction, face recognition, intelligent conference navigation, etc. Provide guests with better intelligent welcome, information reminder, dynamic guidance and other services.

   3. What are the main technical points of the current service robots in practical applications?

"Xiaoyuan" intelligent service robot mainly includes voice recognition, semantic understanding, intelligent knowledge base, multi machine collaboration, human-machine collaboration and other technologies. The remote transmission energy cart also uses automatic following technology, autonomous navigation technology, etc.

   4. At present, the robot boom has passed. What are the landing projects of remote transmission technology?

Yuanchuan Technology has always been a very pragmatic enterprise, and the projects that have been launched recently mainly include public services and education. We have put different business systems and service contents into relevant services in Hangzhou Shangcheng Public Security Camp Comprehensive Service Hall, Linhai Administrative Service Center, Hangzhou Times Primary School, etc. As time goes by, we will also continue to expand more industry fields and service directions.

   5. The research and development of robot is relatively large. What is the relevant technical team and direction of remote transmission technology at present?

Combined with the current development of artificial intelligence, Teletransmission Technology has established a special robot research and development center in Suzhou. Suzhou R&D Center is mainly engaged in the research and development of three major systems of large-scale commercial intelligent robots, namely mechanical, electronic and control systems. It mainly provides technical solutions for robot chassis drive, joint action, mechanical structure design, control system design, electronic circuit design and sensor application, and can also provide complete machine hardware design and prototype production.

   6. What problems do robots encounter in practical applications?

In terms of functions, one is the user's application cognition of service robots. The growth of robots requires continuous training and improvement. Like our human learning, it is not achieved overnight. Second, the improvement of robot service capability requires the precipitation and accumulation of service data. Only with data can we better provide personalized services. The third point is people's recognition and acceptance of the communication object is robot. Originally, we asked someone about our problems, but now we are looking for robots to help us solve them.

In terms of application scenarios, the intelligent service robot is placed in an area with a dense flow of people. There are very high requirements for anti noise technology, response accuracy and response speed of robot pickup. Teletransmission technology has invested a lot of manpower and material resources in these aspects, built its own robot management platform and industry semantic web, and is committed to providing customized solutions for customers.

   7. What are the main development directions of small and far robots in the future remote transmission technology?

Our intelligent service robots are mainly used in labor-intensive and highly repetitive business scenarios. Based on customer service needs, taking service creation as the starting point, through the combination of human-computer collaboration and robot independent service, we can improve efficiency for customers, improve customer service ability and level, and enhance customer service image and brand competitiveness.

   8. As a customer service enterprise, why does Teletransmission choose robots as the starting point for the next stage?

In our view, robots are a new service carrier and a necessary extension of online and offline services. The mission of Yuanchuan Technology is to "create a beautiful customer experience". We will use robots to carry our years of service experience, making service easier. In addition to service robots, Teletransmission Technology is also actively exploring and practicing the SAAS based customer service cloud platform to deliver the company's products and ideas to more SMEs.

   9. Teletransmission technology has recently won the second prize of Wu Wenjun's artificial intelligence technology invention. Is there anything you can share with us?

First of all, I would like to thank the organizing committee for its recognition of remote transmission technology. For a long time, teletransmission technology has been firmly rooted in the field of intelligent services, committed to the research of intelligent service technology, and innovated in the application and research of cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence and other new technologies. At the same time, over the years of service, we have accumulated a large part of customer service data. It lays the data foundation for the following company's intelligent service robot series, so that the corpus can be accurately made and analyzed. Of course, at present, our efforts are far from enough. We will persevere and march forward bravely on this long and independent road.
