Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth progress of the enrollment work of our university in 2015, further improve the quality of the source of students, and safeguard the rights and interests of the university and the examinees according to law, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and Hebei Province, and in combination with the actual enrollment work of our university.
Article 2 The name of the school is North China University of Technology [Weibo] University (formerly Hebei University of Technology, North China Coal Medical College), English name: North China University of Science and Technology. Article 3 The university is subordinate to the Education Department of Hebei Province and is a provincial key public university. It is a university jointly built by the People's Government of Hebei Province and the State Administration of Work Safety, the People's Government of Hebei Province and the National Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. The school is an engineering and medical school, with the coordinated development of science, economics, management, literature, law and art disciplines, and has the ability to study abroad [Weibo] It is a comprehensive university with multiple levels and types of schooling, such as student education, graduate education, undergraduate education, junior college education, and continuing education. Article 5 The school shall establish a leading group for enrollment supervision, which shall be responsible for the supervision of enrollment, accept social supervision, and earnestly protect the legitimate rights and interests of examinees.
Chapter III Admission Principles
Article 6 The admission principle of the university shall be based on the examinee's college entrance examination results, comprehensively measure their morality, intelligence and physique, and select the best candidates for admission.
Article 7 For the implementation of Parallel volunteerism For the province or batch of applicants, the school will enroll them according to the parallel volunteer policy; For provinces or batches of non parallel volunteers, schools have priority to enroll the first 1. Volunteer As a candidate of North China University of Science and Technology, when the number of first volunteer students is insufficient, other volunteer candidates will be considered in turn.
Article 8 The proportion of the school's access to the examinee's files generally does not exceed 120%, and the principle of giving priority to scores is adopted for the professional arrangement of the filed examinees. Candidates who cannot meet their professional aspirations and obey the professional transfer will be transferred from our school to other majors; Those who do not obey the adjustment will be sent back. If the scores are the same, refer to the examinee's scores in relevant subjects. In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the "professional volunteer" admission rule is implemented. Jiangsu examinees are admitted by grades after scores, and the selected subjects and grades are subject to the content published in the enrollment plan.
Article 9 The examinees who add points and drop points to file will be treated by our school according to the score of the file.
Chapter IV Types of Candidates, Admission Requirements for Each Major, Tuition and Academic Certificates
Article 10 The enrollment target of our school in 2015 is: ordinary college entrance examination candidates.
Article 11 For majors that recruit students according to major categories, after the basic courses are completed, the major distribution shall be carried out according to the principle of "voluntariness+assessment". Candidates of architecture major are required to have an art foundation, and they will take additional examinations after admission. Those who fail will be adjusted according to the relevant regulations of the school. The nursing specialty requires girls to be more than 155cm tall and boys to be more than 165cm tall; Stomatology majors do not enroll left-handed candidates.
Article 12 Unless otherwise specified, our majors have no requirements on foreign languages and the proportion of men and women. However, since it is difficult for small language candidates to arrange foreign language teaching for them after admission, we hope that non English language candidates also have a good foundation in English. In principle, the English score of candidates for English majors should be above 110. The major of Sino foreign cooperation in running schools adopts the 3+1 learning mode. The first stage is 3 years of study in our school, and the second stage is 1 year of study abroad. The specific requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the implementation measures of the cooperative school running project of our school. Chinese foreign cooperatively run schools do not enroll non voluntary candidates.
Article 13 The requirements of each specialty on the physical condition of the examinees shall be subject to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities.
Article 14 In 2015, the enrollment plan and requirements of our school in each province, autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government are detailed in the enrollment plan of our school published by the provincial recruitment office.
Article 15 The tuition fee for the major of Chinese foreign cooperation in running schools of our university during domestic study is 18000 yuan/year (the tuition fee for studying abroad is about 9500 euros/year/person, subject to the standards of foreign schools); The tuition for arts undergraduate majors is 6000 yuan/year; The tuition of popular undergraduate majors is 4500 yuan/year; The tuition for other undergraduate majors is 3500 yuan/year; College tuition is 5000 yuan/year. The standard accommodation fee is 500 yuan/year/person, 800 yuan/year/person.
Article 16 The university will issue undergraduate and junior college diploma of North China University of Science and Technology to undergraduate and junior college students who meet graduation requirements; Students who meet the requirements of bachelor's degree will be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate.
Article 17: Students majoring in Chinese foreign cooperation in running schools of our university can obtain the undergraduate diploma and bachelor's degree certificate of North China University of Technology and the Bachelor Degree Certificate of Heidelberg University of Applied Science if they meet the relevant requirements upon graduation.
Chapter V Miscellaneous
Article 18 After the admission of each province is completed, the Admission and Employment Office will timely publish the admission results through our campus network, and the final results will be subject to the admission results published by the provincial recruitment office.
Article 19 After the new students register, the school shall carry out the admission qualification and physical examination of the new students, and those who practice fraud and fail to meet the admission conditions will be disqualified.
Article 20 The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the Enrollment and Employment Department of North China University of Technology.
