Test conditions: straight and open asphalt road section or professional closed test site.
Test tools: D-BOX, pile barrel
Test method: 1. Speed up the vehicle to 110km/h (the actual GPS speed is about 105km/h);2. Hold the steering wheel tightly with both hands to ensure straight driving, and fully step on the brake pedal until the vehicle is stationary;3. Repeat the test for 5 times to get the best result and capture the dynamic.
Test conditions: straight and open asphalt road section or professional closed test site
Test tools: D-BOX, pile barrel
Test method: 1. Apply the D-BOX probe to the front roof, and fix the data line with the window;2. Hold the steering wheel tightly with both hands to ensure straight driving, use the fastest starting method of the vehicle (the fastest starting method is slightly different in different vehicles) and accelerate to 110km/h (the actual GPS speed is about 105km/h);3. Repeat the test for 5 times to get the best result.
Test item: comprehensive fuel consumption of vehicle
Test conditions: fixed road section (about 100km), fixed time (starting around 9:30 on working days)
1. Start from the Ideal International Building on the North Fourth Ring Road to the east, and fill up the vehicle with fuel at the auxiliary road of PetroChina North Fourth Ring Road Middle Road to the self priming gun. 2. Clear the vehicle subtotal odometer, average speedometer and average fuel consumption meter. 3. Drive along the inner ring road of the fourth ring road, and the corresponding vehicle multi-function display will keep the average speed at about 35km/h. If the main road is clear, drive along the auxiliary road.If there is no multi-function display, control the whole test time to be completed within 3 hours. 4. Drive the vehicle along the main road or auxiliary road of the fourth ring road inner ring road for one circle, and then return to the original gas station. 5. Fill the vehicle with fuel until the gun jumps. 6. Calculate the comprehensive fuel consumption of the vehicle according to the actual driving route and the quantity of fuel injected. Scoring rules:<4L/100km (10 points) 4-5.49L/100km (9 points) 5.5-6.49L/100km (8 points) 6.5-7.49L/100km (7 points) 7.5-8.49L/100km (6 points) 8.5-9.49L/100km (5 points) 9.5-10.49L/100km (4 points) 10.5-11.99L/100km (3 points) 12-13.99L/100km (2 points) 14-15.99L/100km (1 point) ≥ 16L/100km (0 point)
Test items: rear passenger leg space and remaining distance
Test tool: ruler.
Test method: make sure that the front seats are not adjusted. The model will measure the remaining space of the legs in the rear by hand, and measure the vertical distance from the back of the front seat back to the legs with a ruler.
Scoring rules: the standard height of the model is 175cm. If there is a difference between the height and the standard height, the new standard value of the corresponding scoring items=the original standard value of each item+1/3 (175cm - the height of the model) > 280mm (5 points) 220-280mm (4 points) 160-219mm (3 points) 120-159mm (2 points) 50-119 mm (1 point) < 50mm (0 point)
Test item: noise index of the vehicle at idle speed, 80km/h, 120km/h
Test conditions: the windows remain closed, the surrounding environment is free from excessive noise, and the air conditioning fan and audio are both closed in the open road section or professional test site.
Test tool: professional noise tester
Test method: use professional noise test instrument to test the stable reading values at idle speed, 80km/h and 120km/h respectively, and take photos at the same time.
Test principle: idle speed, 80km/h and 120km/h respectively simulate the noise of stationary vehicles, non congested roads in cities and high-speed driving conditions. Since the noise value of vehicles in the full speed section is positively correlated with the speed, this test has high reference value.
Scoring rules: compare the average noise values at three speeds. < 54dB (5 points) 54-55.9dB (4 points) 56-57.9dB (3 points) 58-59.9dB (2 points) 60-61.9dB (1 point) > 62dB (0 point)
Test condition: put the vehicle in the basement with constant temperature and less pollution.
Test tool: air quality monitoring instrument.
Test method: 1. During the air conditioning performance test, place the professional air test instrument above the front dashboard in the car, and observe the pollutant values in the car after the air conditioning performance test.2. Hold for 5 minutes, take pictures outside the front windshield and record the values after the readings are stable;
Scoring rules: the national standard of pm2.5 in vehicle is 35 μ g/m ³, and the standard of HOCO formaldehyde content is 0.10mg/m3 HOCO value < 0.07mg/m3 (5 points) 0.07-0.08 mg/m ³ (4 points) 0.09-0.1 mg/m ³ (3 points) 0.1-0.12 mg/m ³ (2 points) 0.12-0.15 mg/m ³ (1 point) > 0.15 mg/m ³ (0 point)
