Ermu is the Chengdu Finance and Trade Vocational High School, which was founded in 1957. Since 2009, the school has received more than 1500 students from ethnic minority areas and cultivated more than 800 ethnic minority students. In 2021, the school was named "Demonstration Unit of National Unity and Progress in Sichuan Province".

In 2021, the school will undertake the establishment of the Chengdu National Common Language Education and Training Base to provide language skills training for ethnic minority migrants working in Chengdu. "Our Nang cakes are very popular with Chengdu citizens, and we can sell 300 to 400 pieces every day." Bahaguli from Kashi, Xinjiang is learning how to make pastries in the training base. She and her husband opened a Nang shop in Jinniu District, Chengdu, and the children were in the third grade of the local primary school. She said that she hoped to make her business more prosperous by learning technology and enriching skills.

Ma Li, director of Jinniu District Ethnic and Religious Affairs Bureau, introduced that the base continued to enhance the sense of identity and belonging of people of all ethnic groups to the city by carrying out teaching and training of "national common language+vocational skills+N", holding community culture festivals, letting outstanding traditional cultures such as Shu embroidery, Qiang embroidery, Tangka, Sichuan Opera and so on into the training classes, and organizing students to participate in various experience activities, To truly achieve the goal of promoting spiritual and destiny communication through language communication.

In recent years, Sichuan has attached great importance to education as a key field and students as a key group. Wenchuan Middle School, built after the "May 12" Wenchuan Earthquake, is a combination of three schools, including Weizhou Middle School in Wenchuan County, which was founded in 1964. It is one of the demonstration schools for national unity and progress in Sichuan Province. Be grateful and forge ahead. After years of efforts, the hardware facilities and informatization construction level of the school has ranked in the forefront of Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture. Since the return to school, the enrollment rate of Wenchuan Middle School has been rising. From 2011 to 2022, the enrollment rate has increased from 35.93% to 81.23%.

"Different from urban middle schools, the students we face are children from ordinary families in ethnic areas. The school has the mission of letting students out of the mountains." Long Shaoming, secretary of the school's Party Committee, witnessed the whole process of the school's rebirth after 35 years of employment. He said that at present, the school has 4500 students, most of whom are from Tibetan and Qiang villages. The school continues to introduce high-quality resources, constantly improve the level of education, take multiple measures to empower education, and cultivate a large number of talents for ethnic areas.

In the art classroom, a new Qiang embroidery course is being held. The students are drawing Qiang embroidery patterns under the guidance of art teacher Ming Mei. Yu Fuxing, a Qiang student in Class 7, Grade 2, said that he was very proud to learn traditional national culture in the classroom through "Qiang embroidery into the classroom" and other forms. He hopes to carry forward this tradition.

"On the one hand, because the content is close to life, students have a high interest in learning. On the other hand, we hope that students can understand and love our national culture in the learning process, and learn to pass on and spread the national culture in their own way." Art teacher Ming Mei once studied in Wenchuan Middle School. After graduating from college in 2010, she chose to return to her alma mater to teach. She said that the minority students in the junior middle school of the school accounted for the majority, and letting Qiang embroidery enter the classroom was a window to spread national culture.
