We named it "Flame Ice Cream". The staff poured whisky on the cake, lit it with a lighter, and a blue flame burned the whole cake. After the fire was extinguished, they tasted it bit by bit with a spoon. The taste inside was divided into several layers, including the ice cream, which was cold and sweet, and the cake was soft.
