It is understood that on the day of the second Yanqing Xiangying Women's Half Marathon, Beijing Low Altitude Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. set up five UAV aerial camera positions at the starting point, the end point, and the turn back point on the track. Each record point was set up with two UAVs, who turned into aerial "photographers", and used AI intelligent technology to capture the athletes' wonderful moments in real time, This measure realized the first UAV aerial photography in China to generate a personalized documentary for each runner, effectively spread the beautiful scenery of the countryside and the runner's passion for outdoor sports in the form of small self media videos, further expand the integration and application of the UAV industry in sports technology and digital audio-visual fields, and fully aggregate new quality productivity.

In Yanqing, UAVs have been widely used in many fields, such as low altitude safety, emergency rescue, forest fire prevention, river and lake patrol, sports, cultural tourism and grass-roots governance. On October 21, 2020, Yanqing District of Beijing was approved as one of the first "civil pilotless aviation test zones" in China.
