Keysight N5531X measurement receiver is based on general N9030B PXA signal analysis, embedded with N9091EM0E (X series measurement receiver application) and special U5532C USB power sensor module, providing a true "single box" solution, traceable signal generator and step attenuator calibration.
In addition, Keysight N5531X measurement receiver can also be configured with N9030B PXA, N191xA power meter and traditional N5532B power sensor module with N9091EM0E. This configuration allows a simple way for N5531S customers to migrate to N5531X.
