Yan'an Luyi
In the spring of 1938, in order to win the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan and train a large number of literary and art cadres to meet the needs of building a new China, Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai and others personally initiated the establishment of the "Lu Xun Academy of Arts" in Yan'an, and Mao Zedong personally wrote the school motto of "nervous, serious, hardworking, and modest",Later, it was renamed as "Lu Xun School of Arts and Literature" and "Lu Xun School of Arts and Literature of Yan'an University". This period, known as "Yan'an Lu Art" in history, was the first institution of higher learning founded by the Communist Party of China to train literary and art talents[14-15]。

Northeast Lu Art
After the victory of the Anti Japanese War, Yan'an Luyi followed the instructions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and arrived in Jiamusi in August 1946, becoming a college of Northeastern University, whose name was changed from the original "Lu Xun School of Arts and Literature of Yan'an University" to "Lu Xun School of Arts and Literature of Northeastern University".In December 1946, he left Northeastern University again. All the teachers and students of the college formed a literary and art work group and went to all parts of the northeast to participate in the struggle of land reform and the establishment of a new regime[14][16][49]。
After the liberation of Shenyang in November 1948, Northeast Luyi officially resumed its schooling in Shenyang in December, and was named as "Lu Xun Literature and Art Institute", which was renamed as "Northeast Lu Xun Literature and Art Institute" in September 1949.In February 1953, the Northeast Luxun Literature and Art College changed its comprehensive way of running a school and officially established the "Northeast Yindong College" on the basis of the Music Department of the Northeast Luxun Literature and Art College[1][15]。

The gymnasium in the south campus of Shenyang Conservatory of Music was completed and put into use on September 4, 2006. The building area of the gymnasium is 6000 square meters. It is a comprehensive modern building integrating sports teaching, sports training, fitness and leisure.Its scale and internal configuration are in the leading position among the gyms of similar art colleges in China.The gymnasium is equipped with a main hall and a comprehensive fitness hall.
