At about 8:00 yesterday morning, a two-year-old girl, Xiao Li (not her real name), fell down from her balcony on the fifth floor of her home in Bantou 6th Street, Nansha District, Guangzhou City. Neighborhood said that when Xiaoli fell from a building, she first hit the wire on the second floor, then fell on the car downstairs, and then saved her life.
