HTML 5 standard
HTML5 is the most advanced WEB development technology today. Although it has been used for many years, the technical standard of HTML5 has not been clearly formulated. Recently, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), an authoritative technology organization of the Internet, officially announced that the eight year HTML5 standard has been fully developed and officially started to recommend adoption to the industry.

The organization said that over the past years, it has united more than 60 companies around the world to improve the HTML5 standard, in which more than 4000 BUGs have been solved.
As we all know, HTML5 represents a new generation of web application development technology, which can provide much more powerful functions than "HTML web pages". In the context of unformed standards, HTML5 technology implemented by Google (Weibo) and other companies, as well as the compatibility of different browsers, are not uniform.

Compared with HTML4, one of the highlights of HTML5 is the direct built-in support for playing media files. In the past, it used to rely on plug-ins to support playing music and video.
