Fast Construction Method of Large Section Coal Roadway with Fully Mechanized Excavator
When we constructed in XX mining area in 2008, we made full use of the underground geological conditions: the underground coal seam is thick, the roof and floor of the coal roadway are stable, and the coal seam trend is gentle. The Project Department has carefully organized and reasonably arranged the construction of 40106 grouting roadway in Dafosi Coal Mine with EBZ-160 comprehensive excavator. The roadway is a straight wall semicircular arch type, with bolt mesh beam cable shotcrete combined support. The excavation width is 4100mm, the excavation height is 3550mm, the S excavation=21.4m2, and the shotcrete thickness is 150mm. The project was commenced on April 1, 2008 and completed on August 30, 2008. The footage was 604m in May, 470m in June and 562m in July. The project quality is excellent. In 2009, our company used EBZ-160 comprehensive excavating machine to construct the transportation gateway of Lingdong Mine in Zhalainuoer Mining Area. The designed length of the coal roadway is 3200m, which is a vertical wall semicircle arch type. The combined support of bolt, mesh, beam, cable and shotcrete is used, with the excavation width of 5300mm and the excavation height of 4250mm. S excavation=19.5m2, spraying thickness 150mm, commenced on January 10, 2009, and completed on August 20, 2009, of which the roadway footage was 624m in April and 652m in May. The average monthly footage is 438m, and the project quality is excellent. In 2009, our company used EBZ-160 type fully mechanized excavators in the construction of 2-2 coal seam belt conveyor main roadway in Yangjiacun Coal Mine, Ordos. The design length of the coal roadway is 2200m, which is a straight wall semi-circular arch type. The combined support of anchor, mesh, cable and shotcrete is used, with the excavation width of 5300mm and the excavation height of 3750mm. S excavation=22.6m2, spraying thickness 150mm. During the construction in 2009, the roadway footage was 572m in August and 538m in September. The project quality is excellent. In the long-term construction, our company has found out a set of technical methods suitable for the rapid construction of large section coal roadway with fully mechanized excavators during the well construction period, optimized and matched them, and applied them to the construction of large section coal roadway during the well construction period of the coal mine, thus forming a complete and mature construction method. On January 26, 2010, XX Construction Association organized relevant experts to identify that this technology has reached the leading level in China and has a wide range of promotion and application value.
