[Key content] The design determines that the dam site is located near the piedmont, and the crest elevation of the non overflow dam is 242.3m. The dam bottom elevation is 111.0m. The maximum dam height is 131.3m. The upstream dam slope gradient is 1:0.15, the downstream dam slope gradient is 1:0.79, and the overflow dam crest elevation is 229.4m. The diversion tunnel entrance is located at the upstream notch of the dam site, and the tunnel length is 1100m. The tunnel diameter is 8.4m, The surge chamber is located at about 200m upstream of the powerhouse on a mountain with an elevation of about 250m, and is of impedance type. The powerhouse is located in Diqing downstream. The design head is 90.5m, the installed capacity is 4 × 425=17000kW, the main power house is 19m wide and 72m long. The installation elevation of the hydraulic turbine is 116.77m, and the elevation of the generator floor is 126m. Since the downstream water level corresponding to the check flood level is 128.3, the elevation of the installation site floor is different from that of the generator floor, which is 128.5m. The powerhouse is adjacent to the switch station, main transformer, etc. Due to the terrain limitation, the tailrace platform is also used as a highway. The dam site and the plant area are connected by a winding mountain highway, forming a hub system. In addition, this design also calculates the structure of the surge chamber. Prepared in 2009.
